HDD GURU FORUMS

I'm not sure if this HD is totally dead or just the PCB is somehow fried, but I would like to try a new board first. So if anybody can point in the direction of one of these, please do. It would so help me out right now. It's a fairly large drive that I had a lot of items stored on.

Need more info. Model of HDD.

You will almost certainly need to swap the ROM (or the info in it)

I have this pcb but u need to swap ROM in order to get it working if u donot have any experience with soldering/desoldering i suggest u goto a DR company .
