Two questions before purchasing Atola Imager

Hi,

I got a quote for Atola Imager but before I do spent 1,890$ I want to make sure that:
1) Atola Imager can do image by chosen head.
2) Atola Imager can deal with drives with degraded heads.

Is this true for that device or the above qeustions are "no"?
