There's a separate GigE port on the hardware unit which allows you to log in as root & install any network forensics tools directly onto unit. This is basically a "convenience" feature.

Are they offering also service for recovery data?

I have an external HDD with bad sectors and any other recovery software said that "sectors cannot be read"
