Working with SalvationDATA to Fight Against Pirated Data Recovery Tool

Pirated versions of HPE PRO and HD Doctor for WD were on retail sale in American and Egypt via HDDSTAR and other sales channels in Egypt. And these cracked versions of HPE PRO and HD Doctor for WD could not recover your valuable data and repair your hard disk but harm your disk. And SalvatioDATA has always had to deal with losing huge amounts of money with crackers.

HPE PRO and HD Doctor for WD developed and manufactured by SalvationDATA Techology., LLC, which are popular and favored by data recovery customers worldwide. HPE PRO is designed for both head replacement and platter swap, and HD Doctor for WD for repairing firmware for WD disks.

In Egypt hard disk market, WD disk dominates the market and accounts for 90% market share, consequently, SalvationDATA HD Doctor for WD is also applied widely to repair these disks; unfortunately, the pirated HD Doctor for WD are overflowing as well, and most of them are Chinese versions and came from trading companies but lost many legal versions functions.

HDDSTAR is a trading SOHO guy, and do not has any competence to recover data and hold any data recovery training. HDDSTAR has been disguising as a data recovery company in China and registered in many B2B platforms to market its pirated data recovery tool, especially the HPE PRO and provided data recovery trainings under the guise of SalvationDATA’s name. Therefore, any HPE PRO and data recovery training on sales and provided via many B2B platforms, which are trade key, made-in-china, global resources, and etc, are pirated ones and illegal data recovery trainings.

In May 7th this year, SalvationDATA had stated that “SalvationDATA hereby certifies that all those (HD HPE PRO or HD Doctor for WD) bought from unofficial channels belong to pirated versions or obsolete versions and SalvationDATA will refuse to give any support, refuse to upgrade to forum VIP account and will not be responsible for any permanent data loss due to the use of such versions. “ for the detailed Statement, please visit the news link: http://www.salvationdata.com/news/20100507.htm.

SalvationDATA states again HDDSTAR and any other companies must terminate to sell pirated HD HPE PRO or HD Doctor for WD and any other pirated operations under the guise of SalvationDATA.

SalvationDATA RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO INVESTIGATE FOR LIGAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THESE PIRATED OPERATIONS

In order to protect your valuable data and your legal rights and interests, SalvationDATA provides following channels for customers to verify data recovery tools.

as far as i know about this issue is the following:
people are buying those cheap Chinese ver. of their tools, and using it because its all in Chinese language.

now, craig6928 is right here, i got to know that it is true that in Egypt most are using the WD
but this clone Chinese ver. is old like v3.xxx and they changed the Language to Eng. and selling it there.

and whoever buys those pirated copies will not have support and cannot activate their product.

i guess its too difficult to control pirated everything on this world.
and thnx craig6928 for this subject.

What is a problem?
On the contrary the piracy it is good.
Free-of-charge marketing.
Would have Windows such success, there will be no piracy copies?
Not knowing a product, who will buy it.
Those who presume to themselves, and that hundred times will think, and whether it is necessary to buy SD.
But having worked as the piracy low price or a free-of-charge copy.
Having learned ideology of a complex.
Not reflecting will buy, if the opportunity and necessity for a product will appear.
Because will want normal guaranteed support of a product

the problem is they are passing them off as the real deal and selling them on ebay for $600

so people are thinking they are the real deals

so you pay your money and when you need to update
you can not

so money down the drain.

and your be total pissed off if that was your own money
