Hitachi HDT722516DLA380 NVRAM and firmware needed

NV-RAM is the most important for me.

I've got a couple of 722516DLAT80... Are the SATA and IDE in this series interchangeable?

I have never tried, but because of NV-RAM, I don't think they are.

Is this not one where you can regenerate the nvram in hd doctor?

Yes,
but only if you have firmware backup. In my case I can't read firmware or NV-RAM.
Salvation creates NV-RAM from SA modules.
