samsung problem

hi,
i have two sata samsung sp1614c 160gig drives. both from same client. i was made to believe they were both in a server. they both are clicking when i connect to compass. one clicks and spins down, the other stays clicking always. any ideas? i do not have donor drives

i swapped the boards same effect.
