Barracuda 7200.12 error

Hi,

In HDD for Seagate Terminal mode I got that error with ST355418AS - Barracuda 7200.12:

Rst 0x10M

(P) SATA Reset

(P) SATA Reset

SIM Error 3005

No HOST FIS-ReadyStatusFlags 2002A1A5


Any ideas?
