Hitachi Endurastar HEJ421040G9AT00 res needed

Hello friends, i'm desperately looking for res file for 4210 family of Hitachi drives, can't get access to this drive HEJ421040G9AT00 with HD Doctor for Hitachi. Any help appreciated, since this drive is apparently password protected.
Data needed, not the drive itself.
Anyone knows FW/nvram sectors for this family or has working RES file for hddoctor?

This drives are using ,mostly, in Toyota ,Lexus cars.
They are locked with User and Master passwords.

Which the main goal? Just restoring data from it with unlocking drive wont help to repair the car
Or you need to do some forensic job?

Hi. This drive has data from a hardware GPS unit, all i need is the data. I have tried to use HD doc, with no luck. Didn't work at all. I have access to DataCompass, but did not have time to try yet.
Fortunately no Lexus cars were harmed
