ST31500341AS 7200.11 few click and stop spinning ready

hi everybody
I have this case Barracuda 7200.11 ST31500341AS when connected to HDD doctor and power on it make a few clicks and stop spinning and wrongly show ready status also wrong Model, firmware and LBA see Picture
and in terminal mode I cannot access any command
I short the pcb with tweezers but nothing

maybe some buddy has change PCB or ROM Chip?
any suggestion ??

At any rate i think that it should output terminal LOG if PCB/ROM were ok ...

I well swap heads and tell you what happing
