Guys ,
I got This Case .This is What i Have Done and It Does Not Work "In This Case "

1 : Setup Drive Into Safe Mode " Its a SATA HDD Hence PCb Is Removed From HDA for Safe Mode " .In This Case the PCB was always Busy and never came to ready mode like it should .Had another drive of same family and that pcb was in ready mode in no time if removed from the hda .There is nothing wrong with the pcb as the drive works in my this case its just security locked .

2 : Change SA Flag From NVRam To SAC "In My Case SD Tool Could Not Read NV-Ram " ,It Could not read nvram at all .I manually tried to remove the nvram from the pcb and then read it using external programmer and modified the sa flag to sac .I was thinking i would be able to read firmware from SAC after i mount this back

3 : Mounting the PCb Back With The Flag Changed Into SAC In NVram Manually .I Fired Up The Software and It did not read the firmware although the drive was in ready mode in no time .

Well i thought that i will try a pcb swap also .So i took out the patient ROM + NVram and mounted on donor PCB .The Donor Then acted exactly like situation No 1 " Not In Ready mode if dismounted from HDA " .I Am thinking this SD software is not able to Do This though it might be able to do other drives of the same family .What could be wrong exactly ? .

Bl No ,
When The PCB Of any Hitachi SATa 2.5" is Out The DRD DSC Lights Should Be On .In this Case It Was Just Busy .As Explained this Does not matter as i took the NVram Out and Changed The Boot Flag .But After That Once the pcb was on the hda assembly again i could not read firmware .Very strange :?: .Done so many cases like this before with ease

On some series there are two testpoints marked "no spin" if they are shorted the drives becomes ready as soon as the pcb is powered and you can use Hitachi dr to change the boot flag... Maybe the change you made in the nvram didn't went as it should.
