Salvation utility ROM upload does not work with MERC2

In case anyone missed it from the other forum, the Salvation utility currently does NOT work for uploading ROMs to MERC2 drives. It uses the wrong commands. I have attempted to contact the SD support about this and so far have not had any response. If you try to upload a ROM to one of these drives it will corrupt the existing ROM, making the PCB unusable until it is corrected.

the module reading process was completeed successfully but the CERT content is ALL 00 00 00 00 00. this only happen in some Modelin 72.7
sometime manual input to read SA is better than automatic...

We have tested this and confirm this is really a BUG of our tool. Our engineers are working on this problem now. We will released the BUG-Fix solution in the next upgrade of our HD Doctor for Seagate in the near future.

SD has not even emailed or warned its customers who purchased the Seagate Doctor to this day about the problem. All the emails I ever get from SD are cheesy sales spam for DC written in Chinese. The Great Wall of China must be near SD headquarters because it's blocking this companies potential.
