i have problem with my hardrive : no detect
ST3500418AS BARACUDA 12
FIRM : CC34
S/N: 6VMOC46F
ANY ONE CAN HELP ME

Please what do you mean by that. Can't really comprehend the english statement.

"no detect"
-- where-(bios, usb, windows....)
-- what( what diagnosis have u done so far, mhdd, hdd scan, diximage,....)

I would not expect that the Salvation Seagate Doctor supports 7200.12 series yet. The 7200.11 support is quite limited, and only goes as far as fixing the LBA 0 / Busy issues.

I have seen a few 7200.12 with similar 0 LBA faults as the 7200.11 disks. Anyone have any information about this? Is this going to be a repeat of the same firmware fault?

On the bright side, much nicer drives to do physical work on! :)
