I think its that important especially for european customers of SD
that I open a new topic for it too:

For those who want to have a deeper explanation of the SD tools
they might attend a 2 days course in Europe.

They would probably shoot me on sight....I wish they would focus more efforts on the manuals and products instead of these sales meetings.

The piece "As the leader of data recovery technology and data recovery solution" makes me think it's BS :O)

Lets get some real training from a Seagate/Fuji+Tosh/HGST FA engineer ;o)
