Hi all, I have new wd drive 500gb WD5000AAKS-00V1A0 16 M.B cash.i want just to used it as donor .i plug it to my WD doctor consol i power it on i choose royl and when press load from HDD the program closed it happend with another 3 drive 32MB cash befor notice : if i choose thr family Black 1 i got the HDD details WHY? is your WD Doctor don't support that? |

Use the previous version until they work out the bugs. SD seems to be proud of its bugs... |

I can use version 3.42 and 3.5 with no problems. |
