i brought WD Doctor it came with chinese Language is it possible to convert it in English.

(i Brought it from chinese Company).

Just download the s/w from the Salvation website.

Probably the pirated version. Wouldn't be a problem otherwise.

Maybe the product was developed by chinese, in china, and originally written in chinese? Maybe there was misunderstanding in your order?

As already suggested, download the software in English.

I personally have not heard of pirated SD software/hardware. Can you imagine how bad this would be??

The suite should come with a CD in English and with an english manual.

Maybe they send you the Chinese version and all the interface and buttons might come with the Chinese characters.

Better to check with who you bought from..

Doesn't work this way found out from someone else who bought this too. Ask the company for the English plug ins for this one and then it still has a lot of Chinese in it but you can use it better at least.

Why don't you download the new drives from the Salvation Data website..you should be able to get the English version..or write to them.

No it does not work this way. There is a different chip set in this tool for the Chinese version. You have to contact the company to ask for the plug ins to make it work. Some know of this and can change out this chip to another one to make it work. But if you buy the Chinese version it is different than the version SD sells to you. The English program for the SD tools do not work on this tool at all. I have tried it with three other people and unless you have the English plug ins for it forget it.
