I think there is a new forum. I was contacted with a new link to a new forum. Might want to check this one out.

Yea - theres a completely new fresh forum

I too thought the forum finally collapsed and all hope was lost- It ws just Edision migrating data over the new one.

Both are running now anyway.

And with this, the login credentials also got messed up. The forum didn't let me enter after the updation and I had to reset my password. Was it everyone or just me?

I had no problem at all on this one. My password was migrated fine and no problems on this one at all. Guess they were not able to do it for everyone

It only involves copying the sql database over- there was no need to 'recover' or 'reset' any passwords- it worries me slightly why it was done.. but nobody will ever know- i always use custom password per account- so any hijacking for me is ruled out. The rest of you's- watch out ;)
I learned how to omit hijackers in South Africa.. muheheheh..
