remove password on WD5000AADS WD Caviar Green

Dear All
I have try to use HDD Doctor fo WD V 5.00 to remove password but no success.
Could this tools support to do this ?
In normal mode I load the program and select ROYL Series but the program hang up.
Please help me how to do this ?
