Hi, Everybody... I need fw for a maxtor hard drive of 40 gb.... DiamondMax Plus 8 6E040L0STD CODE NAR61HAO Serial E924W4JE... LBA: 80293248 This Drive show status ready, but I can't see any parameters... I hope someone can help me.... I want to try restore the firmware but I don't have the Sa-C boot mod...  If someone have it, I will appreciate if can help me... Thanks Alot... |

I need the data... the model is 6E040L0711205 CODE: NAR61HA0 SERIAL E924W4JE LBA 80293248 I have Nar61590 but not this model... Thanks Alot.... |

Thanks N.C., for your help But I don't have pc-3k Yet, I need the file boot.cod ....., when i connect the HDD and turn on, in HD Doctor for maxtor, this drive show status ready, but none parameters.... show N40P and NAR63G4Z, But the CODE in label is NAR61HAO... I can't access nothing, not p-list, not modules...nothing.... just NAR63G4Z and LBA 0 Therefore, I want to try to repair the fw problem, but I don't have the file boot.cod.... Thanks |

Hi, do you have login access to Salvation forum yet? There are some there. The closest I have is 6E040L0-NAR61590-E1JS... Maybe PC-3000 file will work, have not had chance to test. |

Yes, I have access to salvation data forum, and i search for this fw, but i can't find it... ... nearest is NAr61590... i search in the forum, but today I will post a message to see if something have this fw....and can help meThanks.... |

if you want SA access (only), you can use any loader (or boot code) wich matches this HW from any NAR61xxx firmware. |

Thanks Friends... Now I have access to firmware.... now show status ready and I can see the parameters.... MAXTOR 6E040L0 NAR61HA0 AND LBA correctly... I see the Modules but if I save SA Primary, Have error In this Modules....18,27,34,36,40,52,65,99,112,152,167..... If I save fw in SA Secondary...have error in this Modules.... 0-22,27,34-45,51, 65-67,70,71,73-99,104-107,116-119,121-146,155-157,159-164 and 167-173....In fact many, many modules damages.... If I save groups have error in this groups...0,1,2,3,5,6,7.... 4 ,8 y 9 are ok... If I save ram is ok.... If I try to save ROM.... program is Freeze...... ... and send me access denied... I attach pictures of errors... I try to upload good firmware, but i can't .... I use to upload firmware 6E040LO NAR61HAO E92....)... i try too upload only damage modules... if I try to see sectors... show only 6666...and send error....If someone can give me any idea how to fix it? Thanks in advance....
