there isn't any method to unlock DRAGFLY series with WD-DOCTOR without using HOTSWAP because we maybe always have matched donor drive

in ur SD-WD use 4.2 (stable)
and u cannot disable it, but can be removed

Are you saying you cannot load the HDD ID? Correct me if I am wrong, but if you cannot load ID there is a bigger issue? I am not an SD user, so I have no help past that.

any DRAGFLY drive can't be loaded by any version of WD-DOCTOR if the drive locked.

The only method to access firmware is hot swap,
You have to make modification to parameter module 0002.
