atmr with fully erased nvram

Hello,
I have a ic25n060atmr04-0 that doesn't spin up but comes ready. Nvram shows ff's at every postion... I don't have a clue about the FW versions but the 2 first lines of the pcb are 08k2772 h69401a
I have a potential donnor which shows 08k2772 h69401_
is the donor nvram compatible for nvram repair ?
How long does it take for fast repair? (after how long do i have to switch to slow repair?)
