Sometimes I wonder if SD even knows that posts like this actually embarrass the company. It's not even mentioned on the SD forum.

Has anyone had any good results with the Flash Doctor? It seems like the tool is still a work in progress.

What does "auto recovery" mean in this context?

As with all the other SD "Doctors" that have been through my lab, the SD Flash is useless. So, if they'd prefer to add some auto features, it cannot hurt...though, I'd be surprised if it helped.

I have a Maxtor and WD Doctor on my desk, if you want them. I have had a few people who have wanted to buy them, but I've talked them out of it as I don't want to deal with them complaining about them not working.

Yeah...having one is bad enough...I wouldn't want more than one either. PC3K, on the other hand, the more the better.

Yes I use this to keep my kitchen table level.

Some may see that as a reflection of the state of the Greek economy ... ;-)
