Is it possible to repair the following problem through Salvation HD Doctor for Seagate

Model : ST_M13FQBL
Serial : QNR_BFW
Firmware : 03171104
Capacity : 3.86 GB (8 089 950)

Original Model is ST3500413AS-FIRMWARE JC4B

I already tried with pc3000udma but there is no use

Means drive cannot read SA, most likely heads are bad.

After powering the drive on, it spins, and then what? It stays spinning until you power it off?
