I'm pretty sure, you do not need resources at all as well. I'm guessing the problem is elsewhere.

Sorry to say but I have to agree with Northwind, that's why I asked the questions.

Please don't take this the wrong way but....

It's pretty clear you don't have the necessary knowledge to work with this case right now.

The responsible thing to do (with someone else's data) would be to outsource these type of cases to someone who does, until your skills improve.
