Judging by your replies, you do not seem to have the necessary experience to work with internal hdd f/w. I'm pretty sure, you do not need resources at all as well. I'm guessing the problem is elsewhere. |

It's pretty clear you don't have the necessary knowledge to work with this case right now. The responsible thing to do (with someone else's data) would be to outsource these type of cases to someone who does, until your skills improve. |

Salvation Data Tech support will assist me with the repair if I have the donor files or another matching drive. They told me I only need to match the model # |
