when i connect a drive to my hd doctor WD,
it shows busy and then no hdd
and busy no hdd
busy no hdd
...
and again and again

Hi, i'm having the same problem with a 2tb WD Green. i actually opened the hard drive without touching it to see if something is physically wrong.
Did you solve something about that?

If you hook it up and it remains perpetually busy after powering on, but before trying to read from HDD, then it is often a problem with the SA (e.g. bad sectors). If you get the issue after clicking load from HDD then you should load from file instead and then san the FW and ROM.
