I have this problem with this drive this one come with heads stocked on the platter so I was able to release them now the drive work I can read firmware with some errors but I cannot access the data anybody can help please thanks

Looks like heads are not in such great shape and/or firmware issues. Doubt firmware a bit as the drive had physical problem initially per your description.
