WD Doctor is not so good for firmware reading on some WD drives.
Sediv demo version works better for fw backup on WD drives, try it

Hi I Have WD5003ABYX-70WER0 deletct as MB0500EBNCR.LBA,head and serial numner ok. version :HPG1 . I tried to read ROM ,after reading ROM completed file size=0. Pls what is the problem and advice. Thank you |

It works with WD, Seagate and Hitachi drives. The WD is very good. Contact Waqas Ali in this forum for price, he sells it |
