When you buy a PC-3000 ... do you get documentation that sufficiently educates you on their product, how to use it (at least to a basic level) ... and maybe a few videos perhaps?

Or do they just throw you in to the "deep end" of a $9k - $13k purchase ... and expect you to swim?

Are these manuals (if they exist) available?

Are there any educational videos, perhaps?

What's the least expensive way to learn how to use the system?

Thanks

Good Question..

You may for example look here: http://www.flash-extractor.com/manual/ ------>> do you think You Understand their tool from those manuals?

If you have a ZERO Knowledge of Flashes, those manuals will Never help,

you have to spend a lot of time to understand the tool then few years more to Master it...
I would say (from my little experience on flashes) 3-5 years

If you talk about Hard Drives, then take off your shoe and dig in to the deep ocean... This came from my little experience in Hard Drives..

Good Luck...
