Finally finished unlocking 300 disks, consisting of DKR5C, DKR5D, DKR5E, DKS5B, DKS5C, DKS5D, DKS5C

After months of finding a way to unlock these piles :lol:

OP just helped me unlock 10 x DKR5E-J1R2SS, quick and goood service :D

Tested in IBM x3850 x5 with megaRAID 5015 controller.

E123, Are you still live on here? I have a question whether you know a way to flash some HGST drives that are running Hitachi server firmware, I am able to do a lot of Seagate drives, but have always been unsuccessful with HGST drives.

I have used Dell firmware flashes by changing the header but always come across 1 error or another.

Sorry, I did not understand. Was it a question or approval? I work with both HGST and Seagate.

nice, it's seagate but the drive goes in a Hitachi DF-F800-RKAK AMS 2500 Disk Arrays JBOD Storage Shelves, why would hitachi use a seagate drive whats the price.
