Responsibilities:Diagnose and recover data from damaged, failed, or formatted storage devices.
Handle RAID and server data recovery cases.
Use specialized hardware and software tools for data recovery.
Maintain detailed records of recovery processes and results.
Communicate clearly with clients regarding recovery possibilities, timeframes, and results.
Requirements:Proven experience in data recovery (HDD, SSD, RAID, flash media, etc.).
Strong knowledge of file systems (NTFS, FAT, exFAT, HFS+, EXT, etc.).
Familiarity with professional data recovery tools (PC-3000, R-Studio, etc.).
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Good problem-solving skills and patience in handling complex cases.
Proficiency in Turkish; additional languages are a plus.
