Can work with Windows, Mac, *nix (GUI, command like)
Fluent in English and Russian

You sound very experienced. Ever think of just starting your own company? Then you would always have a job

There are many other issues involving a business besides just knowing data recovery in itself. And, in my experience, they are not fun.
At best, maybe find a partner (which again sucks as finding the right people is difficult and tedious) to open the business with who will handle the non-data recovery responsibilities.
