The flash team recovers data from iPhones, Androids, iPads, SSDs, and all-flash devices. We are seeking an organized technician with micro-soldering, solid-state, and computer repair experience that is excited to learn the art of data recovery.

Education
Associate/Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience

Required Skills and Experience

2–4 years of micro soldering, solid-state, and computer repair experience
Ability to diagnose, assess and repair microelectronics
Understand how to interpret schematics
Experience with soldering and rework station tools
Knowledge of logic board failures
Must have passion for staying ahead of current and future technologies
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Great customer service skills are required as you will need to work with customers over the phone for some projects
Strong attention to detail
Work independently as well as part of a team
Prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

It may be different in your world, but salary tends to depend on what the applicant brings to the table. Everyone reading the OP understands that it is a paid position and that salary can be negotiated during the interview process.

I know very well that it was a paid job, I think you didn't understand my impression it was because of injustice with job market and with workers around the world. The employer asked everything he eagerly wants but forget to impress employee with anything to offer.

I lucky does not go for a job in my life but know what going around me, most employers want intensive work, and pay less. Wants relocation to cover by an employee on his own for their work. Cheat, Shout, abuse, pay late etc. I know you already know all of these, what I was want from this employer is to impress job seeker by offering something.

Two more things I want to say by ending note is new generation really do not like to seek job, and is more sensitive than previous generations so in near future it will be impossible to find any human for your work.

And from my personal opinion with life and habitats it is totally illegal from nature to ask for your work to any other Human being, Animals and Species, but it is going on with force and brutality.
