I think their support is very poor and their response to forum posts is appauling.

When I was asking pre-sales enquiries the response was excellent then once I had purchased their product and posted questions in the forum it was as though my questions fell on deaf ears.
I would not buy from them again unless they radically improve their support

There is a difference between forum support and direct tech support.

What's your DFL forum username? I couldn't find "myiannakou" on a forum search.

Yes you are correct. There is a difference between direct technical support and forum support. Both are quite poor in my opinion. My username is also myiannakou on the Dolphin Forum.

Did you asked remote support from DFL support team ? by mail or so ?
On forums, it's more user to user support/help/hint, and some questions have already the answer in the search section.
