Has anybody bought this thing? Does it work? RECOVER LOST DATA FROM WD HITACHI HELIUM HARD DRIVES WITH UNC COMMON FIRMWARE FAILURE https://www.dolphindatalab.com/recover- ... e-failure/ It it some hardware they send you or some program that can be downloaded? They want $600 USD for it. Thanks |

I haven't had the opportunity to use it personally, but I know a company that bought the solution and managed to recover the data. This is in autoscript form. |

I have seen several people report it work and this is how I know that all it is a running a command using WD's HUGO tool. |
