Dear friends,
My lap had a keyboard isue ,technician replaced it he then put a disk go to bios like a window
Visited some partion ,etc and type 3816 run some comands and then load a fedora and do something else and finaly told i have 3816 bad sector,
Replcd a hdd by him
Now opening a folder takes 8 seconds and open a picasa takes 15s even their is no pict in lap
Seem to get a blackscreen for 10seconds after the windows logo appears then loading starts
Actual thng is he stoled the hdd and give me a bad one
I want to know what method he used to make bad sector.

This is going to be very hard to prove. I cant see how we would know what he did.
I would demand my old HDD back.
