Hard disk clicking and not detected

I have a WD external HDD model My Passport Ultra and when I plug it to my PC, it clicks and not mounted:

If the drive is clicking it's beyond DIY.
Powering up the drive will only make the issue worse and may make the drive unrecoverable.
You need professional data recover help.
