It is not on seagate site

My hdd firmware are correpted thats why i need it to reinstal it

it doesn't work like that with HDDs. It is necessary to figure out what the problem is and address that issue or issues. Diag port is locked on those, so either knowledge or proper equipment is required to bypass the lock, then start diagnostics. Better contact somebody with the expertise and proper equipment to do the job.
