I was looking into the following link at the website -> http://hddsurgery.com/data-recovery-too ... -5-ramp-4a .Then i also read the support models that were listed into the website and i feel that this model Lombard ST3000DM003 With 4 Platters And 8 Heads Should Also Be Support IMHO .Might be you would like to add this Family name also into support List .
PS : i do not have the tool though
