suddenly my external hdd gets faulty when i connect it with pc hdd spins for 10 to 15 seconds then stops. there is no partition shown in My computer please help me to retrieve the data. |

1. This is the wrong section on the forum 2. Spin and shut down = bad heads in most cases, nothing you can do without professional help. |

How do i install Firmware into my HDD i thought there will be an .exe file like flash drive firmware help me i think i stack... |
