Help - how to open WD Caviar that has rivets and not screws?

Hi there, thanks in advance for reading this or for any help you can provide.

I have a WD Caviar Green 2TB SATA disk that was working great until just a minor drop on the floor from 2 feet.

Since then it's not working although I can hear it spinning. I believe the arm is just stuck and needs to be unstuck.

Can someone please tell me how to remove these rivets they are now using to seal the drives?

I know, it's not something I should do, yada yada. But I have to do it so if you know how to unseal or unscrew these rivets, please let me know!
