My WD 4Tb Hard Disk Spins and stop, I am unable to access the data please help me. I have data in it.

The provided information is wrong.
You can't have a 4TB drive with this PCB, this PCB belongs to either Firebird or Shrek family.

That's more likely.
And, your drive spins up and then spins down? Does it click?
