Good day

Hoping someone can assist me.
I have a Samsung hd204ui hard drive with PCB board SAMSUNG PCB BF41-00314A.
I have mistakenly plugged in the incorrect power supply .
The I.C circled in red seems to have popped.
Can someone identify the I.C number so that i can order one or is there an alternative solution?

that's the TVS protection diode for the 12V supply rail. For recovering the data it is most probably sufficient to remove that diode. The 0 ohm resistor is most probably broken too (open), replace or bridge it with a piece of wire or blob of solder. Be aware that the drive won't have any protection on the 12V rail after these mods, so an overvoltage would cause significantly more damage.
i would check the other TVS too, probably ok (not shorted).
