Hi everyone, how are you?

I’d like to share that this is my first time doing a pinout on a monolithic device — in this case, a microSD that was inside a fake SanDisk SD card.

I believe I’ve identified most of the control signals, but I still have some doubts about the data bus. I’ll be uploading the DSView file so that if anyone can take a look, I’d really appreciate your feedback. I have no problem sharing the full pinout once it’s confirmed.

The ID I found is EC 5E 98 1F 84.

I also think I’ve found VCC and VCCQ: there are two large traces leading to the techno pads. The one measuring 2.5 V is likely VCC, and the one showing 1.25 V is probably VCCQ. I’ll upload a photo marking the traces for better reference.

Since the Rusolut reader doesn’t go below 1.6 V, I bought a few LM117 regulators configured to 1.2 V for testing.

Any comments or suggestions are more than welcome. Thanks in advance!

Here I’m sharing the link to the DSL file.

Arvika, thanks for your comment. I haven’t had any success reading it, even after lowering the voltage.

Yes, reading this chip can be tricky. For correction usually need connect DQS signal.

I have similar case lately: https://www.flash-killer.com/images/mon ... arvika.jpg
