Config info for 45B595A5EA

January 16th, 2025, 9:55

Sandisk SDTNKLBHSM-2048 (2GB, TSOP48) is missing in the database. I find no datasheet but someone posted info on FlashExtractor with some settings for the exact same UFD that we have here. Page size seems to be 2112, but how do I find the values for block size, bus and pinout?

This is what PC3K Flash has - any use to you?

Thanks.

After trying back and forth a bit I finally got VNR to make a full dump. However, I see a lot of bad columns. Like 50%, every other byte, is bad. Is that an indication of a bad chip configuration?

I see LPN clearly at byte 3, as well as three more areas in the middle / end of the dump. Using Bad Column Remover shows me good entropy, but ECC is nowhere to be found. :|

It is a 16 bit chip, and data is missing from data buses 8-15, just change the settings to 16 bit, and set it to the ONFI standard, not Samsung. If the pinout of this TSOP48 is standard for ONFI 16bit, you will have all the data. p.s. these not bad columnd.

Good point, I remember it also worth to play with VSP sometimes, I think VSP2 on makes it work (I might be wrong)
