i am trying to reach you for 5 days, you didn't answer my mails. How will support us after selling the product evet you dont answer before selling.

I had to wait a few days for a reply as well but it was over a weekend. They did reply with the info i was needing though. Probably just rather busy with new product launch.

We reply on requests/emails within 24 hrs MAX (working days Mon-Fri).
If you didn't get answer, perhaps we just didn't get email (the most common reason is spam filters).
In this case just call us +48 531 999 777
