There's a special adapter in Visual Nand Reconstructor kit, that used for monolithic chip soldering (using thin copper wires).
The device must be glued (glue/luquid nails/double sided sticky tape) at the middle of adapter. All signal markings on pinout and adapter are same, so it's easy to solder it properly and not to mix it up.
We use one of the best possible PCB materials, however sometimes golden pads may get damaged (due to overheating). You can solder chip directly to the needles of connector (check picture).
In nearest time we'll make a lot of spare monolith adapters with affordable price (sold separately), so you can use it as expendable material, no need to remove device every time(it's pretty jewelery job that everyone wants to keep ).
