SA seems encrypted, and having a hard time to solve this one.

Likely same as a SM controller.

This chip can sometimes get better dumps with read retry.

I don't think SA is encrypted but SA is likely XOR as well. look for solutions for SM2703.

This is SM2703 AA controller.
I'd start from running ECC autodetection then XOR (with XOR'd SA)
