 Post subject: Rusolut Holiday Hours

Does anyone know if Rusolut are closed the first week of January like Ace Labs?
I have not had any notification, but also not getting relies from support.

We are open, however requests processed a bit slower than usual due to New Year mess.
Also most of remote support requests are delayed too.
We will add some Help Center notifications/announcements for the holiday periods to avoid confuses, sorry for that.
