This chip is not in my VNR database. ONFI identifies it as ID 50504E0100, and datasheet tells me it's 3.3V (Vcc / VccQ) and 16GB, but that's all.
Does anyone know the config for it?

This chip use other protocol. You can't read it on VNR. We have solution if you can outsource the case.

OK.
It's not a real case. I'm just toying around in my junkbox to practise, so I'll just scrap the chip.

Hello,
Can you explain a bit which other protocol

admittedly 2 seconds of research, so YMMV, but looks like maybe Apple PPN NAND.
solution possibly

https://nand-pro.com/index.php/features/https://github.com/SAD1992/iphone-dataprotection/issues/61not sure what PPN means, maybe Presenting Problem NAND
If I wanted to find out, one way might be to grab a list of all the PPN chips here:
https://gsmserver.com/z3x-easy-jtag-plus-nand-kit/and go through the list one by one looking for a datasheet. Then read that for more info

HeeHee ,
Two Seconds on research on the links you provided and its " PPN (Perfect Page New) "
,Bloody Hell 32 and 64 bit chips

Yeah, I was at work and didn't have time to go deep, but was curious. Thanks! I Will have to read up on it.
Wish I could afford some of those Phone kits.. they look pretty fun. Though would never get time
