32GB SSD, "Solidata" with 8 BGA100-chips. VNR (v2.4) finds ID-number 2C48002689, but I find no matches in the database and I find no info on google about the chips. Never seen this kind of logo before (see attached image from microscope).

Does anyone know what settings I can/should use to dump it?

You can search Micron's database as follows:

https://www.micron.com/support/tools-and-utilities/fbga?fbga=NW167

NW167 = MT29F32G08AECBBH1-12:B

I'm aware of that. The problem for us is that VNR has not yet - in 4.5 years of time - paid for itself since we purchased it, and we really cannot throw any more money on it until that happens. So we are kind of stuck with version 2.4.

Well,
In that case sell it and buy a NAND reader Like FE Then take dumps and send to other labs ,In India which is 100 times worse then your country it pays in 1 month ,comeon
